After the 6 months product warranty, you are entitled to our FREE LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY.

If You have concerns regarding the product please don't hesitate to contact us. We at SMART SOLAR are going to repair the unit for FREE. You will only pay for the replacement of the broken parts and the shipping fees.

Any comments and concerns regarding our products and services please contact us directly to our customer service hotline or message us directly to our Messenger account. Any negative comments posted in our Facebook page your warranty is void.

If the buyer receives a defective product, it should be reported within 3 days directly to our customer service hotline not in the comment section in the Facebook page, we will not accommodate concern in the comment section.
All items were tested by technician before packing, if damage due to in transit or courier mishandling please inform us immediately.
